All four Kodusadam apartment blocks are linked via the car park beneath them. This level provides both parking and storage space and ensures easy driving within the residential area whatever the weather. A total of almost 280 parking spaces are planned for future residents here. Staapli 4 residents will have their own parking zone in the underground car park, with a standard parking space costing €16,000 and a slightly larger space €20,000.

Visitor parking will be at street level at the top of Staapli Street, while dedicated spaces will be provided in the adjoining area for staff of and visitors to the businesses operating in the quarter.

The parking level will also be home to residents’ storage space. Each apartment will come with its own store room, included in the purchase price.
