Not just close to the city – in the city

The Home Port residential complex lies on the shores of Tallinn Bay, with Noblessner Marina, the Seaplane Harbour and the suburb of Kalamaja as its neighbours. It’s so close to the Old Town and city centre that there’s no real need to get your car out of the garage – whether you’re walking or cycling, the green streets of Kalamaja will lead you to the city centre in minutes.

The Noblessner district can be accessed by car from the city via Kalaranna Street or Soo Street. Taking Soo Street, turn off opposite the Volta building on Tööstuse Street and follow Peetri Street down to the seafront. You can park right next to the main square. If you prefer to use public transport, take bus no. 73 to the Noblessner stop and then follow the brand new stairs down into the district.

Life amidst the greenery

What makes living here so special is that although the Old Town and city centre are a mere stone’s throw away, the area around you is renowned for its wealth of natural beauty. Right next to your new home is Kalamaja Park, which is the perfect place for an energising morning run or laid-back evening picnic. And close by you’ll find plenty of places that are perfect for seafront strolls and time out after a busy day.

Culture on your doorstep

There’s no shortage of things to see and do within easy reach of Home Port – the nearby Seaplane Harbour and Cultural Cauldron, or Tallinn Creative Hub, have become two of the most popular venues in the city for cultural events. Also right next door, and soon to undergo a complete makeover, is the Noblessner Foundry, which is already a much-loved venue for classical music performances. Meanwhile, theatre-lovers will appreciate the short stroll to Salme Cultural Centre around the corner on Tööstuse Street, where performances and events are held up to several times a week.

Gourmet Kalamaja

Few parts of Tallinn have come along in recent years as quickly as Kalamaja, which is now home to some of the city’s best restaurants and cafés. Despite being so close to the city centre it has a distinctively different, hipster-cosy atmosphere which attracts young business operators and those who love green and gourmet food and great company in their droves. Telliskivi Creative City has become enormously popular for the culinary and artistic opportunities it presents. F-Hoone, Kivi Paber Käärid, Lendav Taldrik and other restaurants and cafés welcome everyone with great menus and service.

Embracing development

The entire Noblessner quarter is experiencing a rebirth, giving you the opportunity to be part of a rare moment in history. Alongside the construction of the first apartment block, the quay, yacht club and Foundry will all take on a new look. The residential and business environment that’s being created will be joined by more and more businesses, restaurants and leisure facilities as development continues. A home in the distinguished Noblessner quarter – the district with the greatest potential in Tallinn – is the ideal choice for city people with active lifestyles as well as for families who love tranquil living environments that provide everything they need.
